Chase, a German Shepherd, is the police and traffic safety specialist, maintaining order and handling search missions. He may be serious and focused, but Chase is the backbone of the PAW Patrol.
Marshall, a Dalmatian, is the firefighting and first aid expert, and while he may be a little clumsy at times, his bravery is unrivalled. His job is to put out fires and treat injuries.
Skye is a Cockapoo that adores flying, heading up aviation and aerial rescues with every kid’s dream, a jetpack, as well as a helicopter and wings.
Rubble is a feisty and super-strong English Bulldog in charge of construction and heavy machinery. Tough, kind, and a real powerhouse, Rubble’s skills include digging, demolition, and rescuing trapped people with his heavy machinery.

In later seasons, four new pups joined the team. Everest, a Husky that just loves mountainous terrain, is the snow and mountain rescue expert, while feisty little Tracker is a Chihuahua who proves that good things come in small packages. Tracker has super-hearing and jungle navigation skills. Rex is a Bernese Mountain dog with the ability to communicate with dinosaurs as well as use a custom mobility device, and Liberty, a Long-Haired Dachshund, is the urban rescue specialist. Adventure Bay is familiar to anyone who has ever watched PAW Patrol, but the movies take the action beyond the Bay’s boundaries and out into new locations. The ability to carry out far more comprehensive world-building in the movies expanded Adventure Bay’s setting to new cities, different environments, and more complex adventures. It also allows the characters to develop much more, adding backstories and elements that make them more rounded and more relatable.

Top of the bad guys' list has to be Codi Gizmody, a recurring villain of the PAW Patrol, who proves to be one of the biggest threats to Adventure Bay - a challenge that took the whole team to defeat.
