Anand Deverakonda and Vaishnavi are schoolmates and neighbours who are in love with each other. While Vaishnavi bags a seat in an engineering college, Anand fails the 10th standard board exams. While pursuing engineering, Vaishnavi meets Viraj Ashwin in the same college and becomes good friends over a period of time. Vaishnavi's friends insist that she transforms her looks and so, she undergoes an unbelievable makeover. From there, how her love life with Anand takes a turn is what Baby is all about.
