The ex-intelligence agent, Min Ki-Hun, is a damaged fella with a brain tumor and only months to live. The young man is slow with superhuman powers. They’re chased by very violent groups — including unsavoury Americans — aiming to capture them. The agent just wants to deliver his charge to safety. The young man, on the other hand, has a different agenda.
