The epic historical drama chronicles the life and times of The Prophet Muhammad and serves as an introduction to early Islamic history. The film follows Muhammad’s early years as a prophet, beginning with Mecca where the Muslims were persecuted. Crucial events, such as the Battle of Badr and Battle of Uhud are depicted, and the majority of the story is told from the point of view of Muhammad’s uncle (Hamza), the leader of Mecca (Abu) and his wife (Hind).
