Terms & Conditions

1- This giveaway is open to all residents of the United Arab Emirates who are at least 18 years of age. 

2- The giveaway will run from 06th January 2026 to 31st January 2026. Entries received after this period will not be considered.

3- The giveaway is valid for ticket purchases on Key Filmy Fever films:

  • Mindiyum Paranjum
  • Raja Saab
  • Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu
  • Parashakti
  • Rahu Ketu
  • HAPPY PATEL: KHATARNAK JASOOS
  • Chatha Pacha: The Ring of Rowdies – Malayalam 


    4- To enter the giveaway, participants must purchase a ticket to one of these movies during the giveaway period on voxcinemas.com or the VOX Cinemas app to be in with a chance of winning. Offline ticket purchases are not eligible for the promotion. One (1) entry is awarded per qualifying ticket. Cancelled/refunded transactions are void

    5- 2 winners will each receive 26 grams of 24 karat gold worth AED 13,581 per piece of and will be selected on 09th of February 2026. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

    6- Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC shall not be liable for any variation in the gold’s resale or appraisal value.

    7- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

    8- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline for each draw.

    9- Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC shall not be liable for any variation in the gold’s resale or appraisal value.

    10- Winners will be notified via phone within 10 working days after each draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. A valid government-issued ID may be required on collection. Winners are required to visit the Head Office to sign a letter and provide their Emirates ID. Once they have received their letter, they can collect their prizes from the following location: Malabar Gold & Diamonds jewellers in Ithra 1, Deira, Dubai (the winner will need to provide their original stamped letter for verification).

    11-The following entries are not eligible:

    • Offline ticket purchases are not eligible
    • Entries from individuals under 18 years of age.
    • Entries submitted after the giveaway period.
    • Any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

    12- The giveaway is valid at participating cinemas in all UAE VOX Cinema locations.  Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC reserves the right to modify the list of participating locations at any time per its sole discretion.

    13- By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

    14- Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, system errors, or other disruptions that may affect the entry process or the conduct of the giveaway.

    15- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance/use of any prize.

    16- By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, city, likeness, and photographs for publicity related to this promotion, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law. Winners may withdraw consent by contacting VOX Cinemas; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful uses.

    17- Personal data will be processed to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners, and comply with legal obligations, in accordance with the VOX Cinemas Privacy Notice available on voxcinemas.com. Marketing communications will only be sent with valid consent.

    18- Where required, the promotion is conducted under applicable UAE promotional permits. Permit number(s) will be displayed on campaign materials and provided on request.

    19- These terms are governed by UAE law as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Dubai Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
