Promotion Terms and Conditions:

  • This promotion is open to all residents of the United Arab Emirates who are at least 18 years of age.
  • The giveaway will run from 1st – 31st August 2026. Entries received after this period will not be considered.

  • To participate, customers must purchase a qualifying ticket to one of the eligible Filmy Fever campaign films during the promotion period. Online and VOX Cinemas app ticket purchases are eligible for both the Jetour vehicle draw and the Dream Dubai gold draw. Offline ticket purchases are eligible for the Dream Dubai gold draw only and are not eligible for the Jetour vehicle draw. One (1) entry is awarded per qualifying ticket. No separate fee is payable to enter, and the entry is an incidental promotional benefit linked to a genuine qualifying cinema ticket purchase. Cancelled, refunded or reversed transactions are void. For the Dream Dubai gold draw, following a qualifying purchase, customers will receive a win voucher containing a unique QR code. To enter the gold draw, the customer must scan the QR code, access the Dream Dubai campaign microsite and submit the required details. Entry is complete once the details have been submitted and validated by Dream Dubai.
  • Jetour vehicle prize: one (1) winner will receive one (1) Jetour T2 vehicle.  The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other item. The model year, specifications, colour and availability of the vehicle are subject to Jetour’s confirmation and the applicable permit approval.
    • Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC shall not be liable for any variation in the Jetour vehicle’s market value, resale value, appraisal value, specifications, colour or availability.
    • Jetour will provide the vehicle only. All other costs and liabilities associated with the Jetour vehicle prize, including registration, insurance, transfer, transportation, collection, use, maintenance, fuel, tolls, fines, taxes, duties and any other applicable fees or expenses, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
  • Dream Dubai gold prize: one (1) winner will receive 0.5 Kg of gold, with a stated prize value of AED 235,000, subject to the applicable Dream Dubai permit/COP. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other item.
  • Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC shall not be liable for any variation in the gold’s market value, resale value, appraisal value, specifications or availability.
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period for the relevant prize draw.
  • The Jetour vehicle draw will take place in Dubai on 2nd September 2026 at MAF Tower 1, 8th Floor, Al Ittihad Rd, Dubai, UAE and will be conducted using an approved random selection method in accordance with the applicable permit requirements and, where required, under the supervision or attendance of the relevant authority representative.
  • The Dream Dubai gold draw will take place on 3rd September 2026 at the Head Office, in accordance with the applicable Dream Dubai permit/COP.
  • Winners will be notified via phone and/or email after the relevant draw date. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. For the Jetour vehicle prize, Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC may require the winner to provide a valid government-issued ID, Emirates ID, proof of UAE residence, proof of age, proof of qualifying purchase and any other information reasonably required to verify eligibility. The winner may be required to visit Head Office to sign the required acknowledgement and provide the required verification documents before prize collection or handover. For the Dream Dubai gold prize, winner notification, eligibility verification and prize handover will be carried out by Dream Dubai in accordance with the applicable Dream Dubai permit/COP. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in disqualification.
  • The following entries are not eligible:
    • Offline ticket purchases are not eligible for the Jetour vehicle draw.
    • Entries from individuals under 18 years of age.
    • Entries submitted after the giveaway period.
    • Any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
  • The giveaway is valid at participating cinemas in all UAE VOX Cinemas locations. Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC reserves the right to modify the list of participating locations, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion, or amend these terms and conditions, where required by the permit authority, applicable law, fraud, technical issues, operational necessity, film schedule changes or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, manipulates or attempts to manipulate the entry process, provides false information, or otherwise acts in a manner that compromises the integrity or lawful conduct of the promotion.
  • Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, system errors, interruptions, failed transactions, delayed entries, inaccurate data, unauthorized access or other disruptions that may affect the entry process or the conduct of the giveaway.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, ownership, collection, use or misuse of any prize.
  • The vehicle is supplied by Jetour. Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC is not the manufacturer, seller or distributor of the vehicle and gives no warranty or representation regarding the vehicle, except as required by applicable law. Any manufacturer warranty, after-sales service, registration support or delivery support shall be provided by Jetour or its authorised dealer, subject to their applicable terms.
  • The gold prize is supplied by Dream Dubai. Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC is not the manufacturer, seller, supplier or custodian of the gold and gives no warranty or representation regarding the gold, including its value, purity, quality, delivery or availability, except as required by applicable law. Any prize fulfilment obligation relating to the gold shall be handled by Dream Dubai, subject to its applicable terms and the relevant permit/COP.
  • By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, city, likeness, and photographs for publicity related to this promotion, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law. Winners may withdraw consent by contacting VOX Cinemas; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful uses.
  • Personal data will be processed to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners, and comply with legal obligations, in accordance with the VOX Cinemas Privacy Notice available on voxcinemas.com. Marketing communications will only be sent with valid consent.
  • This promotion and each prize draw are subject to the applicable UAE promotional permit approvals, including the applicable Dream Dubai permit/COP. The promotion and relevant prize draw will not be launched or conducted unless and until the required permit approval has been issued. Permit number(s) will be displayed on applicable campaign materials where required and provided on request.
