General Terms and Conditions:

  • Seating is subject to availability and will be allocated to Eligible Cardholders on a first-come, first-served basis .

  • The monthly ticket entitlement applies to the eligible Mashreq credit card and resets at the beginning of each calendar month. Unused ticket entitlements cannot be carried forward or transferred.
  • VOX Cinemas’ booking, admission and venue terms and conditions shall apply in addition to these terms and conditions.
