- The Eid Scratch & Win promotion is operated by Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC, the owner and operator of VOX Cinemas in the UAE (“VOX Cinemas”).
- The Eid Scratch & Win promotion is valid at all VOX Cinemas locations in the UAE from 19 March to 22 March 2026.
- To participate, customers must:
- Purchase any movie ticket, online or offline; and
- Purchase any item from the Candy Bar (concessions), online or offline.
- Upon completing the above, customers will receive one (1) Scratch & Win card per transaction.
- Each Scratch & Win card contains a guaranteed prize, which is revealed when the card is scratched.
- Prizes require customers to retain the physical Scratch & Win card to redeem the reward at a partner location or at VOX Cinema locations.
- Scratch & Win cards and their prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Prizes must be redeemed within the validity period specified on the on the Scratch & Win card.
- The promotion is subject to the availability of prizes, purchased items and while Scratch & Win cards last.
- VOX Cinemas reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Redemption is subject to availability and operational hours of the respective experiences and activities.
- VOX Cinemas reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, misuse, or manipulation of the promotion.
- VOX Cinemas is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or illegible Scratch & Win cards.
- Employees of VOX Cinemas, Majid Al Futtaim, partner companies involved in this promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- All applicable waivers, rules and regulations, terms and conditions, and restrictions relating to the respective activities and experiences shall remain in full force and shall govern the customer’s admission.
- VOX Cinemas shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury suffered by any participant as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

- These Terms & Conditions and the promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
