Featuring signature dishes by the UAE Twin Chefs and Ahmad Al Fardan, the menu showcases locally inspired flavours, bringing an authentic taste of the UAE to the premium cinema dining experience

Abdulrahman & Maitha Al Hashmi

The youngest qualified Emirati chefs in the UAE and the Middle East, the UAE Twin Chefs are known for reimagining local flavours with contemporary techniques and refined presentation.

Date & Chami Cheese Salad

A vibrant starter featuring Medjool dates, creamy Chami cheese, crisp seasonal vegetables, toasted nuts, and a tangy pomegranate and date vinaigrette—a fresh interpretation of classic regional flavours.
