SIFF 2025: Intt'l Short Films (Group 4)

Part of the 12th edition of the Sharjah International Film Festival screenings, this package of four short International films reflects resilience, justice, and hope through the eyes of children. In (Ballerina), a girl transforms her ballet recital into a brave act of defiance so her father can witness her dance. (Punishment) exposes the trauma of a child silenced by abuse, and the haunting consequences that follow. (Tomorrow is Not Like Today) begins with a simple playground joy that escalates into a clash between student and teacher. Finally, (Khalil) tenderly portrays a boy’s struggle between fear and faith as he searches for assurance of his late father’s peace.
