‘ House Owner ‘ is inspired by true life incidents & real life characters. It portrays the trauma a retired couple go through during a natural calamity that strikes quite unexpectedly. Film discusses the unconditional love and companionship between the couple, their beautiful, love story unveils through the screenplay. The Characterisation of the hero in the film is inspired by a retired colonel, who fought two wars for our country. He displays the pride and dignity of a soldier in a unique manner. The last 20 minutes of the film is an edge of the seat, action packed sequence, when water seeps in from all sides of the locked house.
